What is corporate product photography and videography?
Product and catalogue photography come in many forms and scales from a simple tube of vitamins, Takealot stock photos, clothing ranges for online sales. all the way up to a massive customized pump on a trailer heading off into Upper Africa.
We had a wonderful client approach us with a project to photograph and film a new concept product for an international sales pitch. We visited the factory to get a feel for how to capture its differences to other products available on the market and get a feel for the passion involved in innovation. With careful control of production and transportation to our studio we managed to fit and assemble it within our studio and added a model to bring it to life.
It was all hands-on deck for this urgent job. The client even sent their furniture upholsterers, from their factory, to make sure everything looked as perfect as possible. This made our job a lot easier and we could focus on the final product and use our skills to light and capture the elements of the recliner to showcase its features and make an impact on their future client.
Did the photography and video turn out as planned?
The final product portfolio came out as fantastically as planned and the client was amazed with our swift turnaround time and careful attention to detail.
